euNetworks, the European bandwidth infrastructure company, has received an ‘A’ grade, the highest score possible, from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) for the 2024 disclosure cycle of its Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA).
euNetworks has been striving to reduce its Scope 3 emissions by cutting carbon beyond the company’s own operations. The SEA achievement highlights a business’s commitment to improving sustainability throughout an entire supply chain.
The SEA assesses organisations on various criteria that relate to how they work with suppliers in four main categories – risk management, governance & business, scope 3 emissions, and targets. An ‘A’ grade is only achieved when businesses demonstrate comprehensive initiatives to reduce emissions and rank high in all four categories.
Marisa Trisolino, CEO at euNetworks, commented on the company’s achievement, saying it will continue to work towards a greener future for the company’s entire value chain.

euNetworks is a signatory to the Climate Pledge, a cross-industry initiative set up by Amazon and Global Optimism that helps accelerate the decarbonisation of the worldwide economy. The company has pledged to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. It’s also committed to science-backed climate targets in its scope 3 emissions, aligning with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
As well as implementing more sustainable practices with its suppliers, euNetworks has created Carbon By Service and Network Construction Carbon calculators, allowing customers to view emissions reports based on their services and network projects.
Through collaborations with suppliers and offering emissions-tracking tools, euNetworks is setting the benchmark for a more sustainable supply chain, something other sectors may take inspiration from.
