Frenchman Herve Renard informed AFP on Friday (April 17, 2026) he has been relieved of his duties as Saudi Arabia coach, lower than two months earlier than the beginning of the 2026 World Cup.
Renard, 57, returned for a second spell as Saudi coach on the finish of 2024, having led them on the final World Cup in Qatar, together with to a well-known win over eventual champions Argentina within the group stage.
